At Maldhari Mills, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund policy as follows:


Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the product for a full refund, including shipping costs.


Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the product for a full refund, including shipping costs.


Unwanted Products: If you receive a product that you no longer want or need, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund for the product cost, but not for the original shipping cost.


Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, you must return the original product and place a new order for the desired product.


Final Sale: Certain products may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. These products will be clearly marked as such on the product page.
